INTRODUCTION
A virion is a complete virus particle consisting of a capsid (protective coat of protein with nucleic acid). It is formed from protein subunits called capsomeres. It is the infectious agent that replicates living blood cells of organisms. It also changes life activity and transforms cells, tissues, human culture, shapes, and sizes of the body skin. It can be long-lasting or neither destroyed by the vaccine. The virus is composed of the core of RNA or DNA structures and size 20 - 250 nm.
Therefore, it can only be seen by an electron microscope (small observation). Virion is the hardest form of the virus that contains 100-200 protein linkages. A virus alone can't produce a subsidiary to another form without a host cell or a living cell. It can crystallise form like other living organisms can do in grey space ( between living and non-living cells).
PROPERTIES
They are non-cellular organisms that are enclosed in a protective envelope. With the help of spikes for generating host cells. Viruses can't grow or respire but can reproduce themselves. The virus can produce several variations in the form of structure or size by using enzymes (biological catalysts) or raw material.
VIRAL DISEASES
AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome), Ebola, Influenza, Rhinovirus, Variola virus, Hepatitis A/B/C virus, Rubeola virus, Poliovirus, Paramyxovirus, Corona Virus (Covid-19).
SYMPTOMS
Fever, fatigue, sore throat, headache, rashes, malaise, sneezing, swollen tonsils, excessive weight loss etc.
HISTORY
The term virion or virus was coined by a Dutch microbiologist, Martinus Willem Beijerinck (1897). He called it death-dealing, so once a virus is injected into the blood produces more noxious bodies and transforms the body structure.
